聲明啟事
王宗睿先生任職經理期間，工作表現未達預期；調任主廚後，原物料成本出現明顯異常，且未能提出合理說明。經雙方多次協商，並提供留職停薪、休假等多項方案後，最終依王宗睿先生之提議，依法辦理資遣。
本公司前已贊助王宗睿先生參加「2026UniBread烘焙王麵包大賽暨世界麵包大賽台灣選拔」競賽，相關費用達近新台幣六位數。依法律規定及雙方簽署之協議，其在職期間研發之食譜及比賽品項之智慧財產權，均歸屬本公司所有。然而，王宗睿先生離職後，未經本公司同意，擅自將「2026UniBread烘焙王麵包大賽」之比賽提名及贊助單位更改為「好日子西點麵包」，並接受媒體採訪；另疑似盜用客戶資料，將比賽產品私下提供予本公司原有批發客戶進行銷售，以及逕自將「2025育秀盃」金獎得主更改為「好日子西點麵包」並以此進行商業宣傳，上述行為均已嚴重侵害本公司權益。
本公司一切將依法處理，並堅定捍衛自身合法權益。感謝各位顧客長期以來的支持與愛護。

PUBLIC STATEMENT Concerning the recent disputes involving our former employee, Mr. Wang Zongrui ,Kevin(王宗睿), our company hereby issues the following statement for public clarification. During Mr. Wang’s tenure as Manager, his work performance failed to meet the required standards. Following his reassignment to the position of Head Chef, significant irregularities in raw material costs were observed, and he was unable to provide a satisfactory account thereof. After multiple rounds of negotiation and our offer of various alternatives—including unpaid leave and sabbatical—we ultimately proceeded with the termination of his employment in accordance with applicable laws, upon Mr. Wang’s own proposal. Our company had previously sponsored Mr. Wang’s participation in the "2026 UniBread Baking Championships et Taiwan Audition for 11th Mondial du Pain" competition, with total expenses amounting to approximately six figures in New Taiwanese Dollars. Under the relevant legal provisions and the agreement executed by both parties, the intellectual property rights to all recipes developed during his employment and all competition entries are exclusively owned by our company. However, after his departure and without our prior written consent, Mr. Wang unilaterally changed the competition nomination and sponsor designation for "2026 UniBread Baking Championships et Taiwan Audition for 11th Mondial du Pain " to "Good Day Bakery" and gave interviews to the media. He also allegedly misappropriated customer data by supplying competition products to our existing wholesale clients for resale, and falsely altered the winner of the "2025 Yushow Cup" gold award to "Good Day Bakery" for commercial advertising purposes. These actions have materially infringed upon our company's rights and interests. Our company reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions to vigorously protect our legitimate rights and interests.
